Ha studiato diritto all'Università di Friborgo; dopo la laurea ha svolto l'alunnato giudiziario presso la Pretura di Lugano, Sezione 6 (diritto di famiglia), ed in seguito, dopo un soggiorno in Germania, la pratica legale.
Ha scritto sulla rivista giuridica Aktuelle Juristiche Praxis (AJP 7/1994, 883) un articolo con il collega avv. Mario Guglielmoni sul nuovo diritto del divorzio e la mediazione familiare.
Ha frequentato un corso per curatori organizzato dall'Ordine degli avvocati e relativo alla figura del curatore nel nuovo diritto del divorzio.
E' contitolare di uno studio legale e notarile con l'avv. Carla Zucchetti in via Luganetto 3 a Lugano-Viganello.

The author of this site is lawyer Alberto F. Forni.
He deals especially with family law and with divorce law in particular.
He presides over the Regional Tutelary Commission of the Lugano Est office (n° 8), for the Municipalities of: Lugano (Aldesago, Brè, Cassarate, Castagnola, Cureggia, Davesco-Soragno, Gandria, Pregassona, Viganello and Villa Luganese), Cadro and Sonvico.
He studied law at the University of Fribourg; after graduating he spent his legal probationary period at the Magistrate's Court of Lugano, Division 6 (family law) and later on, after a stay in Germany, he went into the legal practice.
He wrote an article together with a colleague Mario Guglielmoni on new divorce law and family mediation for the legal revue Aktuelle Juristiche Praxis (AJP 7/1994, 883). He has taken a course for trustees organized by the Bar Association concerning the new figure of trustee in the new law on divorce.
He is co-owner of a lawyer and notary public's office together with the lawyer Carla Zucchetti in Via Luganetto 3 in Lugano-Viganello.

Er hat an der Universität Freiburg Recht studiert. Nach seiner Promotion absolvierte er ein Gerichtspraktikum am Bezirksgericht Lugano, Abteilung 6 (Familienrecht). Diesem folgte ein Deutschland-Aufenthalt und schliesslich ein Anwaltspraktikum.
In der Zeitschrift Aktuelle Juristiche Praxis (AJP 7/1994, 883) veröffentlichte er, zusammen mit seinem Berufskollegen RA. Mario Guglielmoni, einen Artikel über das neue Scheidungsrecht und die Familienmediation. Er besuchte einen von der Anwaltskammer organisierten Spezialkurs zum Thema “Die Rolle des Kurators im neuen Scheidungsrecht“.
Er ist Mitinhaber einer Anwalts- und Notariatspraxis, mit RA. Carla Zucchetti, an der via Luganetto 3 in Lugano-Viganello.
